Shipping and delivery
Shipping costs reflect flat-rate fees for both domestic and international customers. If the flat-rate fee will not cover the total cost of shipping, you will be contacted about next steps. In most cases, USPS shipping services are utilized. A free pickup option is also available. For international customers, additional shipping costs may be necessary depending on the size of the work(s) being sent. Likewise, if purchasing a smaller item, it may be possible to ship via cheaper 1st Class Mail. For specific cases or questions, email jeff@jefflungart.com
Delivery
Usually the domestic delivery time is 4-7 business days, but may vary depending on the product or delivery method. Any different delivery times will be announced separately on the online store’s website. Shipping times vary by destination. If you require a faster service, please let us know and we can accommodate.
Return policy
Products ordered from the online store have a 7-day right of return from the date of receiving the order.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product. The returned product must be in original condition. The product must be packed carefully, in the original shipping container where possible. Returns must be announced to and approved of in advance by jeff@jefflungart.com
